Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within two working day. Orders are sent via An Post, so parcels should be received in a timely manner.
Any closure of the web shop for a period of time will be highlighted on the website homepage and social media channels.
If you do not receive your parcel within a reasonable time-frame for the time of year, please contact me via email, theyarnbyre@gmail.com. Non delivery of goods must be notified within 6 weeks of shipping.
Returns
All items are sent in perfect condition, however if you receive the wrong yarn or a damaged parcel please contact me at theyarnbyre@gmail.com.
Items must be returned within 28 days. Credit for returned items will be processed with 3-5 working days from receipt of the returned goods. Banking processing times on top of this may vary.
Only unused items in their original condition will be accepted and customers are responsible for postage charges on any items they return.
Please note, all yarn can have joins, this is not an eligible reason for a refund/replacement.
